Our accounting service includes:
register of incomes and expenses, bookkeeping and record keeping for tax purposes, VAT sales and purchase records, fixed assets and equipment records. Our service also includes preparation of tax returns and financial statements, financial reports, human resources service including: statements to the Social Security and Tax Offices, fee-for-task agreements, specific task contracts and employment contracts. Depending on our client needs, we also prepare and modify the Corporate Chart of Accounts.

Accounting requires precision and conscientiousness. We assure you, that the finances of your company will be safe in our hands. We also guarantee you a quick and smooth realization of any contracted tasks always on time. We only hire qualified and experienced accounting specialists. That is why we are worth trusting.

Revenue and expense journal (REJ) prices:

1. REJ keeping

  • Up to 10 documents - 150 PLN
  • Up to 25 documents - 200 PLN
  • Up to 50 documents - 250 PLN
  • Over 50 documents – basic price + 2 PLN for each additional document
  • Over 100 documents – the price is negotiable

2. Annual tax settlement - 50 PLN

Full accounting prices:

1. Full scope accounting:

  • Up to 10 documents (lump sum) - 350 PLN
  • Up to 20 documents (lump sum) - 600 PLN
  • Over 20 documents – 600 PLN (basic price) + 10 PLN for each additional document
  • Over 50 documents – 900 PLN (basic price) + 6 PLN for each additional document
  • Over 100 documents – 1200 PLN + a negotiable fee for each additional document
3. Settlement of bank statements and cash reports. For each 50 items - 40 PLN

4. alance sheet surplus levy, CIT-8 and the additional information at the end of the tax year – on average, the monthly service value concerning the year it was carried out.

Settlement of employees and ZUS (the Social Insurance Fund):

  • The owner’s ZUS 20 PLN
  • Preparation and settlement of payroll (1 employee – employment contract) - 40 PLN
  • Settlement of specific task contracts without ZUS - 30 PLN
  • Settlement of specific task contracts with ZUS - 40 PLN
  • Preparation of tax settlement for employees (PIT-11/ PIT-40/ PIT-8) - 15 PLN
Additional fees:

  • Limited Liability Company registration - 600 PLN + (court and notary fees)
  • Registration and making changes in the Tax Office and ZUS – 50 PLN
  • Representation of clients before the Tax Office, ZUS and other Institutions – service provided under the agreement, without any additional costs.
  • Management and settlement of fixed assets depreciation – 2 PLN for one fixed asset
  • Preparation of requests for leasing or credit – from 200 to 400 PLN
  • Preparation of documents to GUS (the National Office of Statistics) - from 100 PLN
  • Updating the data in KRS (the National Court Register) - from 150 PLN
